Leading Positive Change within an Organization (1 Day Course)

Do you want to lead positive change within your organization? If the answer is yes, you do not
want to miss this opportunity. This six-hour interactive class includes a lecture involving
advanced topics in the decision-making process that includes statistics and tips to gain employee
buy-in that will bolster creative, yet positive results. Participants will then work in small groups
to solve real-life situations. Once solutions are found, each group will need to gain “buy-in” from
the rest of the class. If you are a newly promoted or veteran fire officer working in a volunteer,
combination, or career department that is seeking positive change for your organization, this
class is for you.

This class is part of the Fire Officer Development class, sponsored by the Ohio Fire Chiefs
