Ohio Fire Academy, MSRL Trailer - Northern FOOLS, Instructor This course is designed to provide fire departments the Mobile Search & Rescue Training Lab (MSRL). The MSRL is an exceptional training tool with a unique design of a residential dwelling, as well as a confidence maze that offers quality learning experiences.
