Morning Schedule:
0715 Hrs - Check-in & Vendor Exhibit Opens
0830 Hrs - Auditorium Kick-off Assembly
0905 Hrs - Classes Begin

Student Dress:
With the colder temperatures this weekend, please dress accordingly, especially if you have registered for a HOT class or course that will involve outdoor evolutions.

Registration:
Please continue to complete online registration for the event. This will exponentially increase our ability to move attendees through the registration process quicker on Saturday and Sunday. If you’ve already registered, there is nothing else you need to do at this time.

Attendee Parking & Check-in:
All attendees registered for classes will need to stop at the registration tables, located just inside the doors, off the student parking lot. This is shown above on the "Fire School Map & Parking" link. All students should park in the rear lot, designated by the map. Once parked, follow the green arrows on the map to begin the check-in process. Please begin moving to visit the vendors and General Assembly area once you have picked up your name tag.

Student PPE & Gear:
Please do not bring any PPE into the main building. Once your check-in is completed, you will be assigned to a classroom, where your instructor will provide more information on getting your gear prepared for any HOT classes.

Lunch:
We encourage all attendees to enjoy the great food choices available on campus. Please note, each class will have a designated dismissal time for lunch, which will hopefully keep the lines moving and shorten any potential waiting periods. We have increased the food options for this year based on last year’s feedback. All students will be allowed to dine inside, near the vendor exhibits.

Kick-off Assembly: 0830 in Auditorium
We hope you can attend the kick-off assembly, where we will be raffling off brand-new fire gear, including fire gloves and fire helmets. When you complete your check-in, you will be given a raffle ticket to be used in the auditorium room.

Student CEU Certificates & Feedback
All students and instructors will receive their certificates via email, once the conference is concluded. It is very important we have accurate information for you, so please double-check your email with our staff when entering your class at Penta. If you have any questions regarding this, please do not hesitate to reach out to the school committee. Furthermore, our staff will be sending out a survey in April about your experiences this year and how we can improve the course offerings for next year.
