Robert Starcher is a 27-year member of Road Sprinkler Fitters Local 669. He has been an Apprenticeship instructor since 2017 and is currently the Instructional Curriculum and Code Coordinator for the Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee. Robert has been a Firefighter/EMT since 2002 and is currently a member of Liberty Township (Hancock County) and Hanco EMS.
